PreparedWithVictor.com is owned and operated by Victor C. Schroy under the name Prepared with Victor.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Prepared with Victor provides general educational and informational content about household preparedness, severe weather, power outages, emergency planning, financial resilience, products, and related subjects.

The content is not individualized professional advice.

Nothing on the website creates a professional-client, fiduciary, advisory, medical, legal, engineering, financial, or emergency-response relationship.

2. No Emergency Services

Prepared with Victor is not an emergency-response organization.

Do not rely on the website, its email address, comments, social-media accounts, or contact forms to obtain emergency assistance.

In an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency, fire, medical, law-enforcement, utility, poison-control, public-health, or disaster-response authority.

3. Eligibility

The website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13.

This license does not require Prepared with Victor to publish or retain the submission.
